Getting More from Your Team - Duration: 1 day
This workshop is aimed at audiences from 25 - 75 people. The intention is to give them an experience that generates further interest to explore their own capability within the areas we cover and to assess the impact it can have on the teams and business they work in.
Aims
This session will help delegates to understand the real importance of developing a true team and how to manage the high quality output of that team. They will develop an understanding of the need for risk management, how to manage egos, the need for clarity of direction and role modelling behaviour.
Methodology
Through a series of presentations from Olympic athletes and interactive work sessions with a coach, we will challenge delegates to think about the roles played by themselves and their colleagues within the teams they are involved in. We will work towards generating actionable outcomes that can be applied in the work environment. These will help team leaders develop their team to align to, buy in to and contribute towards clearly defined values and outcomes that will impact overall performance.
