Leadership - 1 Day

This workshop is aimed at audiences from 25 - 75 people. The intention is to give them an experience that generates further interest to explore their own capability within the areas we cover and to assess the impact it can have on the teams and business they work in.

Aims

To help delegates understand the challenges faced by Olympic athletes in all aspects of leadership and how this can be maximised to help achieve success. This experience can then be developed and translated into the delegate’s workplace through challenging existing thinking. Delegates will learn the link between Olympic performance and the leadership models used in business today and develop an approach to leadership that is practical and works.

Methodology

Through a series of presentations from Olympic athletes and interactive work sessions with a coach, delegates will be engaged with an informative process that will work on the current leadership challenges they face and take away a series of actionable steps for improvement.
