Managing through Adversity and Change - Duration: 1 day
This workshop is aimed at audiences from 25 - 75 people. The intention is to give them an experience that generates further interest to explore their own capability within the areas we cover and to assess the impact it can have on the teams and business they work in.
Aims
To help delegates understand that managing adversity and change is all part of running a successful team or business. How we respond to adversity is the true test of our values and approach to business. Delegates will learn practical advice around risk management, influencing and managing themselves and their teams through change, from a psychological as well as a practical point of view.
Methodology
Through a series of presentations from Olympic athletes and interactive work sessions with a coach, delegates will be engaged with an informative process that will work on the current challenges they face relating to adversity and change. Delegates will take away a series of actionable steps for improvement back in the workplace.
